In addition to the monthly Board and Executive Board meetings, Moss also meets at least monthly with the Director and Vice Chair. He attends events and special meetings and is working with the Director and Vice Chair to begin a new strategic plan. He also worked with volunteers and leadership to establish staff job descriptions and compensation plans.
