Ballard and Shaffer Elected to Serve on Iowa Architect Editorial Board

Des Moines, IA (January 4, 2017) The American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter (AIA Iowa) is pleased to announce that Andrew Ballard, AIA, and Jeff Shaffer, Assoc. AIA, have been invited to join the Iowa Architect Editorial Board.
Ballard is an architect with Neumann Monson Architects in Iowa City. He is a graduate of Princeton University where he earned his A.B. in Architecture and University of California, Berkley where he earned his Master’s in Architecture. He has a rich background in research and academia and worked at several California based firms before relocating to Iowa.
Shaffer is an Associate with BNIM in Des Moines. He is a graduate of Iowa State University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has a long history of collaborating with strong design professionals. Through these partnerships, Shaffer has emerged as a strong design talent who advocates for excellence through his work.
