Architect Recognized for Public Service to Fort Dodge

Fort Dodge, Iowa (April 3, 2017) – Terry Allers, AIA, a member of the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter (AIA Iowa) has been recognized as a participant in the AIA Iowa Citizen Architect Program by AIA Iowa for service to the Fort Dodge area.
Allers, of Allers Associates Architects, PC in Fort Dodge, was elected Treasurer of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). NCARB works to protect the public health, safety and welfare by leading the regulation of the practice of architecture through the development and application of standards for licensure and credentialing of architects. As treasurer, Terry reviews the financial statements monthly with the staff and keeps the NCARB Board informed on the financial status of the organization. Terry has been involved with NCARB in multiple roles since 2005.
