Architect Recognized for Public Service to Quad Cities

Moline, Illinois (April 1, 2016) – Craig Shannon, AIA a member of the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter (AIA Iowa) has been recognized as a participant in the AIA Iowa Citizen Architect Program by AIA Iowa for service to the Quad Cities area.

Shannon, of Heart of America Group in Moline was appointed as a member of the NCARB ARE 5.0 Forms Assembly Task Force of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). NCARB protects the public health, safety, and welfare by leading the regulation of the practice of architecture through the development and application of standards for licensure and credentialing of architects. Shannon and fellow members are responsible for quality control of the forms assembled to be delivered to candidates for the launch of ARE 5.0.
