The AIA Iowa Emerging Professionals Committee will meet in a hybrid capacity for their monthly meeting. Committee members will receive more information from the Committee Staff Liaison, Chris Huling.

This committee supports Student Affiliate members, Associate AIA members, and AIA members licensed to practice architecture for fewer than 10 years through mentorship, guidance, information, and a network for intellectual and social interaction. Included in this committee are champions for initiatives such as the Architectural Experience Program (AXP), the purpose of this program is to is to guide architectural interns through their apprenticeship via the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB), which establishes a council record to monitor the training process. Study groups and a library of ARE study materials are available across the state. This committee meetings monthly year-round.
