The AIA Iowa Board of Directors establishes the organization’s direction and vision, determine and advance the Chapter’s mission and purposes, ensures effective organizational planning, adequate resources, resource and financial oversight, to determine, monitor and enhance programming and services, promote the organization’s image, ensure legal and ethical integrity and maintain accountability, and recruit and orient new board members and assess board performance.
