AIA Iowa Earns Three Year Accreditation

Des Moines, IA (June 20, 2016) The American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter (AIA Iowa) is proud to announce that the Chapter has been awarded a three year accreditation from The American Institute of Architects in recognition of its commitment to excellence in providing service to members.
The three year accreditation signifies that AIA Iowa provides quality service to members and meets or exceeds all core standards for components as set by AIA and is effective through May 1, 2019.
The Core Services provided by AIA Iowa include: member communications, quality education and access to education, advocacy, elevation of public awareness, compliance with governance policies, engaging and recruiting members, and conducting finances and operations with transparency.
“We are proud to have earned the longest possible accreditation from AIA. Our commitment to members and to the communities we serve by providing excellent services has been recognized at a national level. This is an honor and we will continue to meet or exceed the core standards going forward,” said Jessica Reinert, Hon. AIA Iowa, CAE, IOM, Executive Director of AIA Iowa.
