construction and design fields. These
documents work to protect their users and create successful collaborations on
projects both within and between industries.

users, AIA recently announced the launch of ACD5, the powerful new online
contract document service that offers anytime, anywhere access to more than 180
AIA Contract Documents forms and agreements. The new ACD5 enables architects,
contractors, building owners, and attorneys to create, access, edit, share and
store contract documents instantly from any computer, delivering exceptional
accessibility and flexibility. The new platform also offers upgraded document
management features and more custom purchase options while delivering the
comprehensive protection for which AIA Contract Documents is known.
"This new service will transform the building industry by giving busy
professionals on the spot access to contracts,” said Jessica Reinert, CAE, IOM,
Executive Director of the American Institute of Architects, Iowa Chapter. "ACD5
allows access to 180+ documents and forms allowing architects, contractors,
